Being at a new employer after Quikaid has made me realize how toxic this company is. They will micromanage every single thing you do. I dont care what job it is, please don’t waste your time and find an employer that actually appreciates you. Listen to the reviews, they don’t lie

Paid medical benefits are okay for a single person.

I have never been micromanaged so much in my life. Extremely uncomfortable vibe working for these people. I took some time to read through the reviews on here after seeing the 2.7 rating..something I should have looked at before working here. The 1 star reviews and the expected condescending responses from the company leadership are spot on. They 100% track every thing you do. This job is like being recorded by a camera 24/7. Don’t let them pass it off as normal company policy yada. It’s a common note from many of these reviews and it is very, very real.

Most of medical premiums paid, that’s all I can think of.

Cons

You have to accrue the time off and you have to take 8 hours so if you have an appointment for a hour, you have to take the whole day off. They’re very micro-managing so you’re being tracked for everything.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and perspective. Employees currently accrue 1 hour of paid break time for every 8 hours worked, which can be used throughout the day as needed. Employees may also use unpaid time for appointments or partial-day absences when needed, rather than needing to use a full day of PTO. We appreciate the input and will continue looking at ways to best support employees and improve the overall work experience.
