Can be a good place if the corporate culture is properly built and the development process improves significantly

Good salary, transparency on company processes, support from CEO, really friendly and nice people, best office I ever worked in, great work and help from Office manager and HR department, innovative and helpful product.
Cons
Development process is bottleneck in the company - leadership positions in development usually are taken by people with no previous relevant experience. As outcome - micromanagement, low performance,poor balance between different chapters which are responsible for development, meetings are non-effective and happen really often. Quite interesting and modern tech stack in job description but in reality I ended up working with same type tasks like on the conveyor. Wanted to work with cloud and AWS, but I didn’t happen. While official position of the company was to work as much from home as it’s possible(during summer 2020 when there was no official lockdown) a presentation was made at which the requirement to work from the office 3 days a week was announced. This presentation was never sent on email as an official position of the company, but in case of non-compliance I was called and asked the reason for the absence. It’s often hard to be heard in this company if your opinion doesn’t coincide with the management.
