No pros. Management is terrible. They will take any feedback they will instead fire you! The most recent 5 star reviews are truly a lie!!! They will remove their reviews off here but I will keep posting and posting it!

Management - is absolutely terrible and they do not care about anyone. Don't apply don't waste your time. This company is fraud and so is management. They will lie and lie to your face. They don't give a crap about anyone but themselves they have their favorites and if you arnt buddy buddy with them you won't grow with this company, then again why the heck would you want to. Voldemort is the biggest fraud of them all she makes everyone feel so uncomfortable, I have a bad bad bad feeling about her and eventually it will come to light. The agents who actually do good and work hard don't get any appreciation what so ever. ever. The longer you're with quince the worse it gets they forget about you, new shiny agents come in and they appreciate them til they don't. It doesn't last trust me. This business will fail if this is how customer service side is we keep the business alive... the wrong people are running the place. If changes don't happen very soon this business is done for. We will see how it is in 2 years. I don't trust this company and people who run it. Everyone kisses each others butts.
