Short sighted upper management has brought this company down. Poor financial planning hurt this company as well.

Pros
Middle management, sales team and laborers are top notch! Always working together to try to optimize results.
Cons
Complete mis-management and poor communication from CEO and President. Closing doors and sitting at laptops does not manage people.
