      No pros it's just a organization of white collar furdees who defraud people especially working class and the people who are already suffering with money problems

      They are bunch of white collor fraudsters who work like a typical finance company but actually a gang of people who ripoff people online with

      Lack of trust and treated like children

      Some employees are lovely people

      Cons

      No trust or autonomy. Not listened to. Small company trying to cut corners to bring big partners on and not being honest. Management very secretive and not open and honest with employees. No career progression.

I am sorry you feel negatively about the business at this time and I recommend discussing your feedback with your manager or a member of the HR team so we can discuss them openly. We have various forums where people are able to share their thoughts and provide feedback about the business, we conduct regular employee surveys and in all areas there are regular team stand ups and meetings. We also offer a mentoring programme and have a very approachable management and HR team. As a fast paced Fin Tech business we rely on people being productive, efficient and automonous in their roles and I can assure you that we do listen to peoples thoughts and ideas and would therefore encourage you to share them openly so we can look to address them and find a positive outcome for you.
