I haven't come across many major issues during my time here. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, having a dedicated medical room or basic healthcare facility on site would be a valuable addition. It would provide extra support and convenience for employees who may feel unwell during work hours. Apart from that, my overall experience has been very positive.
