Pros

Some really nice brands. Good marketing department.

Cons

Lack of focus. Ownership had very little interest in team building. A lack of any leadership. The ownership didn't care to learn about the realities of the market place.

Pros

The only positive was my commute, close to home.

Cons

Everything; toxic environment, owned and managed by a narcissist, no investment into the people that built that company, bottom line is the money the owner makes and doesn't invest back. Excessive expectations for working 60+ hours a week. The list is endless.
