Pros

- Unlimited WFH and Leave policy - HR Team (Winston and Nidhi) and Finance (Suhas and Nikita) team are kickass - Free Lunch, Quarterly Team Dinner

Cons

- CEO is more a micromanager than a visionary leader. - Favoritism from CEO. If you are in his good books, you are good. - No product vision. No idea about what industry needs. - CEO does everything other than CEOs actual job. - No inspiration. "His boys" get credit for everyone's effort.

Pros

Stylish office. lunch, snacks and fruits provided daily.

Cons

1.The company has no direction and is more like a misguided missile. 2. The CEO is spineless and has no idea what to do as a CEO. 3. The company has no idea how or where to allocate it's limited resources. 4.Sucking up to the CEO and his team can take you a long way. 5.The monthly company meeting called "all hands" is more of a joke where the details of the future of the company changes every few days. The CEO has multiple "all hands" with different groups of employees and tends to share selective information. 6. Poses as a transparent company but that's not true. 7. Company has no contingency plans. They will ditch you when you need them the most. 8. Leadership team is incompetent and clueless.

We would like to provide some context and clarification for the above review. Over the past few months, we had to let go of a few employees for performance and behavioural reasons. In all of these cases, we had provided the employees specific feedback and worked with the team to help them improve in their role. Unfortunately, a few of them showed no signs of improvement and hence we had to take the hard call to part ways. While we as a company would welcome suggestions and criticism, the above review seems to be full of slander against the CEO and the leadership team. We do not intend to indulge in meaningless mudslinging, but wanted to highlight the malicious intent of the above review. We hope this provides clarification to our current and future employees.
