They care about Glassdoor review because they will ask you to write a good review as you start your new job. CEO and GM are egomaniac and want control over everything. Micro-management is the rule. No remote work allowed because no trust in employees. Extra effort won't be acknowledge nor compensated. If you have ambition, you better keep moving because. It's honestly a bit soul-crushing.
