      Pros

      Quiring feels like home. They've managed to maintain the heart of a local builder with the ability to complete large, complex projects, which is rare. They also continue to provide new opportunities for growth throughout the company which in turn has allowed so many people to excel their careers.

      Cons

      Quiring is consistently looking inward to discover areas that can be improved on and are proactively looking to eliminate potential "cons"

      Office is quiet, no culture, no support

      Pros

      Their are some great people who work here. The company does some projects that impact the community.

      Cons

      Office is quiet, sterile, and everyone always has their doors closed. Not welcoming. Not a team atmosphere. Want you to show up, be quiet and do your job. No collaboration. Certain women in the office can be rude. Operations team is all that matters.

      Pros

      Great communication of vision by the leadership team. Regular corporate events to promote friendships within the organization and fun outside of work. Ample training opportunities provided to promote a culture of safety. Personal growth in both trade skill and positional leadership is both demonstrated and promoted throughout the organization. Accountability is provided by measuring employee performance which carries forward values to assigned teams, partners and clients. In my opinion, God’s design for the laborer/overseer position is carried out according to Ephesians 6:5-9

      Not all apply themselves equally to their duties / normal variation of individual employee effort exists.
