Pros

Able to do personal projects and connect with different kinds of people.

Cons

A bit boring sometimes because you don't do any work specifically as the agent unless the guests need support and guidance.

Pros

Good tips, generally nice customers, nice setting, easy tasks, manageable work flow, nice kitchen staff, good hourly pay, good work/life balance

Cons

Lack of organization, lack of proper training, understaffed, don't get requested days off, finger pointing when things go wrong, you get taken advantage of by higher up employees (they harass you for free stuff even though they know you aren't allowed to give it to them)
