Pros
It is a pleasure to share worktime with the people working there, the bosses are friendly and sometimes, if you are lucky, you'll be able to work on interesting projects, with "new" technologies
Cons
Poor management, programmers (and sometime even project managers) are kept extremely under pressure because they have almost no say on hour estimate and deadlines for the projects (decided arbitrarily by the sales team) and low salaries evene for people with good seniority or in position of responsibility.
