Pros

1. Good tech stack. 2. If you can negotiate well, you can get a good salary. However very conservative about shares. 3. Reimbursement process. 4. Good engineers. Well, that's it.....

Cons

1. Very strict and visible hierarchy. Engineering, HR, PM, none of the depts can take any decision of their own. 3. Higher management preserves a master-slave relationship with its employees. 4. All the people who joined the company initially, left it within a year or two. 6. Product management side is a disaster. 7. Min working hours is 14-15 hours per day, it could go more. Working on weekends is a normal thing. 8. When you take a leave, it is expected of you to compensate for it during weekends. The policy of unlimited leaves in this company is a trap. 9. QEs are leaving the company very regularly.

Pros

1. They offer good competitive package. 2. Reimbursement for home office setup and beverages. 3. Good tech, good learning opportunities. 4. Good/friendly colleagues.

Cons

1. One person takes all decisions, that includes engineering , architecture, HR, recruitement and all other possible areas. Managers are there just to manage sprints. There is no hierarchy at all. Employees have no say in anyhting at all. 2. TOXIC work culture, they expect you to work for at least 14-15 hours a day (including weekends). And taking leave is an offence in Quolum. Actually it is expected that if you take a day off, you should work on weekends. And anyway you'll be asked to work on every weekend. The mindset of the management is "I'm paying them, so employees are slaves". 3. Behaviour towards employees is really pathetic. No doubt everyone is leaving the company. All the people from the core team left the org. Only 4-5 persons are left now. Anyone with least sense of self respect would leave the company in 3 months. 4. No customers at all, even though the company started on 2019, so no revenue. 5. All employees are made to attend a zoom call that goes on through out the day, and they have to do their respective work while being on the call, and in every 2 hours emplyess are asked for updates by the managers, there are multiple standups in a single day. 6. They don't pay you for your remaining leaves at the time of leaving the company. 7. No process in anything, total chaos is common almost in every release.

Pros

1. Tech work is good.

Cons

1. Company does not clear full and final settlement after leaving the job. 2. Company's each and every decision is taken by a single person, which makes it horrible to compare between multiple choices and adopt the best one. 3. Very poor leadership with the height of ego makes it difficult to work. 4. Company expects to work a minimum of 14-15 hours a day and track employees' availability in the slack online. If some are not available then it is reported. 5. Company appraise employee by the number of hours spent daily continuously and not by the work productivity. 6. Taking leaves in the company is like a heinous crime. 7. Company troubles a lot employee while leaving the job. 8. There is no culture of employee wellbeing in the company. 9. All founding members and star performers of the employees left the job in a timespan of 1 year. 10. 9 employees left the company in a 10-11 months timestamp, which is very poor for a startup having 14-15 employees. 11. What is being talked about and what is being done are two different things. 12. Company uses wrong words during 1:1. 13. Company has no culture of replying to employees' mail if it is not related to their interests. 14. Colleagues cannot give farewell to outgoing team members because it is not liked by the poor leadership of the company. 15. Employee has no freedom to speak their mind.
