      Pros

      I really enjoyed my coworkers. Very nice office space and some fun after-work activities. Also liked telecommuting options. Office is conveniently located near major highways.

      Cons

      Chaos. This place is in disarray and I'm not sure management knows how to figure it out. Good ideas in theory (like upgraded computer programs) but abysmal execution making it more difficult to do your job. Management seems unaware of the issues or possibly indifferent. There has been high turnover as they seem to focus on paying as little as possible for workers (lots of overworked 'temps') and lack the ability to motivate their full time staff. It's disheartening to lose your friend/co-workers who are just not happy on the job and move on to better opportunities. Also, not sure if some of the recent reviews are genuine as I don't know anyone having a "5-star" experience.

      Rolling Downhill

      Pros

      The company offers great benefits and is one of the few employers outside of the government sector to still offer a pension plan funded by the company.

      Cons

      Company focus has gone downhill. They are transitioning to more wholesale product lines and eliminating employees while trying to boost membership. If you don't have the employees to service your members, it's just going to be a disaster. The work/life balance they promote really does not exist. No real room for growth and management plays favorites all too often. Also, technology wise, they are lacking behind many of the other credit unions and banks out there.

      Pros

      Company events are cool and the employees from the other departments are really nice and friendly

      Cons

      I came here with high expectations only to be disappointed. The whole mst department is miserable. The supervisors and director don't like their own employees. They're extremely condescending and outright bullies. It's not a team oriented environment the energy is management versus the employees. Everyone's quiet when management is around. I felt very uneasy working beside my supervisor. She was unwelcoming which made it worse. I would say good morning and she would completely ignore me. I've never worked an environment that was so tensed.
