      Initial Process

      Pros

      The intial process was rather simple, first had an informational session, then an analytics test, followed by a coding test that involves concept of .NET Languages (HTML, JavaScript), finally ending with a skills interview with a couple of their Technical Experts, then afterwards they offer you a salary, ending with you having to sign a contract.

      Cons

      The relocation is a big factor and you will be bound by contract . If you are not willing to relocate, look else where.

      Pros

      This is definitely for someone willing to dedicate their life to learning a new platform for a period of time. The staff is excellent and very hard working. Quotum has changed my life and many others as well for the good. The trainer made all the difference and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was successful. At the end of the day, it’s all about your work ethic. Quotum has all the tools, trainers, clients, contracts, technologies and everything else just falls in line for the right dedicated individual. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

      Good company for people who are desperate to get an IT job and willing to go anywhere for it.

      Cons

      Where to begin ... they are shady from beginning to end. Bad communication. Make sure you triple check everything.
