Pros

- Qustodio employees are great, people is friendly and welcoming. - Great working software and tools. - Office well located near Sagrada Familia, great patio. - Great perks such us catered lunch, private health insurance and free breakfast and beers each Friday.

Cons

- The company restructures itself every few months due to a clear lack of organization. This means that time to time they fire people, be prepared that they can let you go in the blink of an eye for no reason. - Lower salaries compared to the market and real difficulties to get salary reviews. - Upper management not well prepared or educated to lead teams. - New management is usually chosen because of friendships or marital connections - Lack of respect and education on the part of some managers towards their employees. - Old computers and equipments. - Goals and target numbers impossible to reach.

Micro-managed misery

Pros

fresh fruit every day + unlimited coffee

Cons

No communication which leads to 10 different people asking you for the same thing, then 10 further people making changes to your work that then need to be changed back meaning you have to work overtime only for the project to then be cancelled without you being told. Many talentless but arrogant people who think they know better and can't collaborate with others. Complete waste of time & effort. Fake company values. Exhausting, motivation killing place.

Bad and unprofessional management

Pros

Nice people in some departments. Daily catering, flexible hours and remote work.

Cons

The company lacks of a real plan to continue improving the product, and instead they restructure most of the teams every 6 months which does not make sense at all and creates chaos for employees. New management is chosen because of personal connections creating a layer of new leaders that don’t have the knowledge or expertise to do their job. Because of these personal connections, ‘normal’ employees cannot give real feedback or if we do, it goes nowhere. New employees are being encouraged to write a review on Glassdoor in their first weeks (when they don’t have a real feeling of the company yet) and that’s why they have so many good reviews here but in reality it’s a bit fake. Salary reviews are not happening. The direction does not take ownership they should do it.
