Not a single thing very bad company or we can say worst company all the highest position

Cons

I would strongly advise against joining this company. The work-life balance is extremely poor, and the overall work culture and environment are very unhealthy. The management tends to terminate employees suddenly once their immediate project needs are over, creating job insecurity. There is also a high level of internal politics, overly strict policies, and rigid timings that make it difficult to maintain a healthy professional life. Overall, the company lacks employee-friendly practices and provides a very negative working experience
