Pros

The people there are mostly friendly and they have free snacks and beverages for the entire work staff. The company has parties for Christmas and in July to celebrate summer.

Cons

As far as work goes, because it is a small start-up, and we are limited on funds, we have to work long hours on multiple days.

The company was run based on favoritism, incompetent leadership, no clue of market trends. Wasted a great product idea because of ego and refusal to listen to customer feedback Product very poorly designed, failure rates higher than 80%
