      Pros

      Qwick is growing and scaling at a fast rate that is so much fun to be a part of. The team is inspiring and works hard to continue to build and scale the business across multiple markets. One of the best parts of being at an early stage startup is that you get the see the immediate impact of your work. I'm proud to be working for a company that is making a difference in people's lives by giving them the opportunity to earn on their terms.

      Cons

      We are trying to move so quickly it can be difficult to prioritize.

      Pros

      Lucky to work with this team! We all work together to accomplish large goals and are constantly working on improving processes and skills. Extreme growth potential for the business and your career! It’s exciting to work for a company that is taking away the stigma of traditional staffing firms and allowing for more opportunities for many people with our technology.

      Cons

      Always stay prioritizing as our work is always changing - but it is a good thing!

      Thank you for this thoughtful review! We actually have monthly Servant Leadership meetings where our management teams discuss ways that they can continue to improve and build the company side-by-side with the whole team. We're really proud of how the company works together, including you!

      Pros

      The 4-day work week, which seems to be the only PR topic worth talking about for the company.

      Cons

      The company prides itself on its "feedback" system, which is really an excuse to say anything and everything to anyone at any level. The feedback is not regular and does not follow the company "rules". When you do start to receive it, translate "feedback" by "watch your back", as the cliques are powerful, especially in senior leadership. There is a huge amount of political B.S., and cabals are formed against people in record time. It's also complete amateur week in HR: so many things done (very) wrong that the department is a lawsuit ticking time bomb. Once you are passed the honeymoon phase and have gotten over the breakfast burritos, you will feel disturbed by the cultish culture, which displays a total lack of humility and rampant discrimination despite the so-called D&I efforts.
