There are no good reasons to work there

Cons

Hire and fire company. Management not good at all. No clear vision. If the company has no work the engineers are held responsible. Lots of group politics.

Very Good Leadership, but it lacks with project/team leaders

1. Since it is a small company, project on boarding is very fast. 2. Top leadership team in Mysore and USA is very good and it has best team leaders in it. 3. They have flexible schedules. 4. No Micromanagement 5. Developers get latest laptops to work on. 6. Yearly celebrations 7. Bonus Darshan is a humble leader. This company has several such leaders - Amareesh, Leo, Chandra, Ranajit who knows their role very well and take the employees in right direction.

Cons

1. This company has several inexperienced scrum masters, who themselves call as Project Managers. They are neither PMP nor know how to lead the team. One such Scrum master doesn't even know how to take stand ups and the time limit. Scrum masters are too dominant to collect the status. They neither work on burn down charts, nor weekly status deck. 2. Few of the Employees doesn't know professionalism here. In Mysore office, there is a group of back talking people. Every day afternoons for these people, are mostly meant to have fun chit chats and to laugh like college. Some of them are always busy watching youtube. 3. Bad infrastructure.

Nice people to work with. Good medical benefits. 401K but no matching.

Cons

Qwinix wants to be a technology company but they are really just a staffing company for Dish Network. They have been in business for 9 years but still consider themselves a start up. The CEO is constantly changing direction and has very poor leadership skills. Qwinix does not value talent acquisition and they have a very poor candidate experience when interviewing.
