1. This company has several inexperienced scrum masters, who themselves call as Project Managers. They are neither PMP nor know how to lead the team. One such Scrum master doesn't even know how to take stand ups and the time limit. Scrum masters are too dominant to collect the status. They neither work on burn down charts, nor weekly status deck.
2. Few of the Employees doesn't know professionalism here. In Mysore office, there is a group of back talking people. Every day afternoons for these people, are mostly meant to have fun chit chats and to laugh like college. Some of them are always busy watching youtube.
3. Bad infrastructure.
