We're pleased to hear that you found the work environment to be inclusive and international, and that remote working options were a benefit to you. However, we also understand that there were parts of your experience where you felt we fell short.
Your concerns about a lack of strategic direction, harmony between teams, and leadership motivation are important to us. We acknowledge that, as our organisation evolves, new challenges arise. We are happy to share that we are actively working to address these issues and that over the past 6 months we reached significant improvements in alignment, clear strategy and communication, and employee engagement.
