      people in the office quite bias and racist towards their different races. you got to work hard otherwise things you do wrongly they will scold you infront of everyone. the management is very bad.

      Nothing because their policy changes every single day according to their convenience.

      job insecurity,next day they will call you and fire,HR team is such a waste, they are not experience, they transfer employee in HR team who is having zero knowledge if HR field.
