Low bonus No work life balance

We have major pharma companies starting to leave due to very poor management. All processes are a mess and difficult to navigate. They need to reconsider the strategy and invest in unified systems. Staff turnover is high.

For now, I didn't see downsides to work in Q2 Solutions.

Overly complicated processes. Conflicting direction for Quality and inconsistent feedback from Quality, likely due to the overly complicated processes. Regular last-minute scheduling changes causing long working hours and increasing execution errors due to the "We didn't realize we needed this done last month" mentality which gets compounded when reagents are expired or of insufficient quantity. Extremely high turnover, processes/applications used in all job aspects all being changed within a short period of time as well as being implemented well before they are ready. This leads to other Quality issues and problems that could have been prevented with proper planning and engineering. Q2 promotes a Six Sigma attitude and workplace to new employees and prospective employees. However, there is little to no Implementation of Six Sigma in a meaningful way.

Manager is bias and only listen to one person. Colleagues are not focus on working but complaining all the time. Toxic workplace

long hours, work load can sometimes be very tedious and demotivating (to a certain extent, job nature) salary doesnt feel like the job/work is worth it
