Pros

Pto and that is all

Cons

All of upper management is related or close friends and thats how they got the job, it's not based on knowledge. You reach out to your manager for answers and they give you several names to reach out to instead bc they don't know. Then they want to micromanage you bc theyre so insecure. Everyone talks bad about each other then goes out for drinks like they're besties. Very weird environment. They don't train you and then degrade you when you get it wrong. Favoritism in full force. No raises in years but you are doing several people's jobs bc of multiple layoffs. Insurance has a very high deductible before it kicks in. It lists Steve Stapp as CEO but there's a new CEO. Steve was a good person

New Captain at the Helm

Pros

R Bank is under new management, with a new CEO & restructuring of the management team. R bank seems to be moving on a new path with a new captain at the helm. PTO is awesome at 200/hrs!

Cons

1) Nepotism. 2) Inconsistency. You cannot get a straight answer, and if you do go to an "expert" someone else reviews your work and tells you it's wrong. 3) Departments aren't departments. Front line staff are doing operational work without training. 4) Training is non-existent. You're just told to do something with no direction. If you are pointed to the manual, the instructions are likely out of date and wrong. 5) Compensation is below market. 6) Insurance is bad.
