      Decent pay heavy on the micromanaging

      Pros

      The pay was decent and the residents/community were nice people.

      Cons

      There are some biases toward people of different backgrounds. They had decent systems in place and then after software updates you had to place more and more Support tickets causing lots of frustration. This is report heavy company. This company does not trust its people. The manager’s approval limit is too low. The regionals approval limit is too low. You can’t get anything done causing delays. There’s not much of a work life balance. This is also a very micromanagement type of company managers have to clock in and out too. They have unrealistic budgets.

      The people are nice. The work load was manageable. Promotions were good while I was there.

      Cons

      Policies and procedures could have been built out better. Recorded the job and was kind of expected to hit the ground running but no real layout for how things should be done. Different standards for different people.
