Pros
Exposure to a lot of different systems. Nice company car after 1 year. Lots of chances to take ownership of projects. The engineering manager seems to genuinely want to improve working conditions.
Cons
Passive-aggressive management. Micromanaging. Sales engineers don't listen to the programmers or field techs. Management refuses to use the skills of the employees to improve the company. Management is slow to make needed changes at times.
