      Toxic management and long hours make it tough

      Cons

      Managers are bullies (if you are between the ages of 18-23 you will be fine as they like younger people) Staff are useless Hours are long Bad pay (10p above minimum wage) Job is boring Strict on breaks

      Shift pattern, love the days off. Overtime available also

      Cons

      Managers are bullies, Senior Ops treat you like dirt. HR are getting worse by the day, they don’t care and never act on anything they’re told. Pointless raising a grievance as HR will tell you go and speak to your manager even though it’s against your manager
