Good ol’ boy environment that management likes to call “family environment”. General Managers are rarely held accountable for their offices and employees. Management blames customers for problems instead of owning and taking responsibility for their equipment issues. Management micromanages from a distance instead of being actively involved in the sales cycle and troubleshooting. Ambiguous sales compensation program (commission structure). Over priced equipment that is inferior to competition. Multiple CRM systems to maintain sales data. Kaiser Permanente health insurance... HR is friendly but does not understand more complex questions. No sick time—you must use vacation time. No car allowance. You must use your own personal car insurance. No company credit card. No Project Manager to take load off Sales team. Project Engineers are slow and can’t deliver assignments on time and consistently. Long drawn out interview process.
