Pros
The people who work there are very nice.
Cons
Toxic environment due to management. No training and they don't offer it or care. New computer system upgrade and we had to fend for ourselves to figure it out. Tools that could be used were not taught. Management is condescending Low pay Archaic system and they still use papers and filing cabinets. Owner/CEO signs on every engineer's requisition before they can give to Purchasing and then Purchasing has to stand around waiting for the PO's to be signed in person before placing the order. Wastes time and orders get placed late.
