Pros
All (field) supervision management great people and family atmosphere . Pay is average. Great company as a whole just certain sites are a problem.
Cons
Very TOXIC work environment. Micro management when it's not even necessary. Belittling & foul language on a daily basis. 1 week vacation for eligible employees & crazy high medical out of pocket deductibles on health benefits. Unnecessary working hours cause management rides the clock but don't want to look bad so you will be made to stay also. Treated like you're stupid when you have more experience and education than management. Make rules up as they go to suit their own needs at the time. Unrealistic workloads. Constant daily pressure for no reason. Management will always view you as a threat...etc.
