Pros

Good benefits and the culture is great as well. Very talented and hardworking people around and leadership really does care about its employees.

Cons

Some people here literally work all the time. Some folks are just like that but it also can make you feel like you're not doing enough or that there may be pressure for you to also work all the time. I was in a position that I didn't much care for and I found it difficult to move into another role.

Pros

I guess wfh was cool but they only switched to it because they had to, and literally every other agency offers it

Cons

Everything else. This is the worst place I have ever worked and I don't understand how this company manages to survive. Low Pay. Nepotism. No advancement opportunities. No processes in place. Sexism/harassment. Tokenism. "We're a family" or should I say, "We RR family." Spoiler alert, anytime a company says this, RUN. It's code for long hours and mistreating employees for low pay. Very cliquey culture, backstabbing runs rampant. Outdated creative team. No good ideas have come out of this agency since their Vegas campaign in 2001. Resistance to change. No understanding of the current advertising landscape. They're lucky they're the only big agency in Vegas - otherwise, Vegas would NEVER work with them if they weren't the only option in town. I heard Vegas is slowly scaling their contract back - GOOD. The only good ones left are leaving en masse and have been for the last two years. And a lot of the time, they don't backfill these positions, so it ends up being even more work for those who stay. I can't say enough about how terrible this place is. I promise you, it isn't worth it. Look somewhere else.

Pros

Flexible with remote work / WFH

Cons

Everything else. This place has lost it’s soul. Favoritism runs rampant. They say it’s a family but only applies to the “chosen” ones.Agency doesn’t care about adapting to remain competitive. No ways to advance career. Toxic work culture with no work/life balance. Constantly reactive , agency does not understand how to plan ahead or just don’t care that they’re working people into the ground. Pay is very low. Leadership is completely out of touch. PThere’s a reason they’re hemorrhaging people. Unfortunately only the good ones are leaving, so workplace has gotten even more toxic over last 8 months.
