      Pros

      Discounted rent, some talented people, they've been around for a while so they know a thing or two about property management

      Cons

      Low wages, very low! There is a very very distinct line between those who work in the field and those who work in the corporate office. And they make sure you feel that difference. Sad because there were some real talented people who worked out in the field.

      There are a lot of properties in the area to work at. may be adding new properties soon. so may be opportunities.

      Cons

      owner is awesome. a lot of the regional managers are not too great and managers are fake and most worried about their own jobs. company is extremely cheap.
