      Great coworkers but ineffective HR support

      Pros

      I enjoy working with my coworkers.

      Cons

      HR is the worst. You go to them with a problem and a real concern, they act like they are listening but do absolutely nothing. They never really address the issue or even try to resolve it. I asked my coworkers and they all said the same thing. They gave up on going to HR for anything.

      Easy to get too, having your own desk & hour long breaks

      Workload demands can sometimes feel overwhelming, and there are occasions where responsibility is assigned based on assumptions rather than confirmed facts. Improved communication and fact-checking processes could help prevent misunderstandings. Communication between management lacks consistency, as different managers provide varying instructions or expectations. When errors occur due to unclear or conflicting direction, responsibility is often shifted to staff. Additionally, while language differences with some fulfillment managers can occasionally create minor communication challenges, they are generally manageable depending on the person.

      Warm, open, and inviting atmosphere. Great benefits through Signet. Events throughout the year to celebrate holidays (both standard and more unique holidays). Training on-site, hands on throughout the training and transition periods.

      Cons

      Though hours have been updated, schedule could working as late as midnight.
