As this was my first job, I can't say much, but the company is very good regarding comforting its employees. The management always try to satisfy every need of an employee in the best way they could. The management is very supportive towards its employees and clients as well as vendors. The best thing about this company is that they have a big vision of growing, and one day Insha Allah, they will.
Cons
As we all know, whenever a company has a downfall, the management gets very restricted on taking small decisions. Even though, the company always try to fulfill the needs of an employee in the best way they can.

-Wide scope of work -Good compensation -Coworkers are easy to work with
Cons
-state minimum vacation / sick days -Poor communications from Partner -Learn it yourself type of work environment. Lots of trail and error. -Strictly inspection work, minimal design work.
