New CEO with significant experience hired within 1 year. Internal belief that new NA based CEO will aggressively pursue talent and aggressiveley pursue NA Tier1 operators.
Cons
Difficult to obtain and retain top talent due to non competitive compensation policies. In the beginning stages of growing marketshare in North America Company is challenged to pursue large wins in NA. Work life balance is few and far between with most key positions in the U.S. are held by people from TelaViv where an example is set where working many many hours is the norm.
