Pros
I have never been so proud to work for a company! There is something really special about this place. A few pros that come to mind: Lives by their values - RAIN Group is one of the rare companies that practices what it preaches. Sweet spot size & culture - They're small enough to know everybody at the org, and you have direct access to the entire C-suite. Yet they are large enough to have global reach, work w/very impressive and large logos/brands, and invest in the right technologies to work efficiently and effectively. It is a family run company, but they don't keep information or decisions close to vest - everyone has a voice, and they honor their commitment to transparency. There is an ongoing evolution of structure to help the org scale, and it is done in an intentional, human, and communicative way that supports its people. Unmatched quality of product/service - When it comes to sales training and leadership coaching, RAIN Group's approach to the client experience and outcomes is UNMATCHED. I have been in sales in both financial services and technology, and have been through a lot of sales training. No other training even comes close to this one. As a facilitator and coach at RAIN Group, I was able to work with some of the most tenured, successful, sophisticated sellers and leaders at the clients we served, and they would tell us the same.
Cons
While it is not the highest paying company, this is to be expected in this industry and they still do what they can to compensate fairly. (I only left the org due to personal reasons).
