Great team from admin to POC everyone is very helpful The money was good

Not much to say.... sometimes parcels were not ready, but that was Amazon’s fault.

Marco Castro (one of the heads of the company) is very agreeable and kind just seems to be middle management screwing it up for everyone else
Cons
Long hours, no bonuses (even when promised), huge "claw back" (been working for them for almost 4 months paying £125 a week towards the claw back and I still somehow owe £500), huge van costs, Amazon pays ram £180 per route and RAM give us £115, lack of fuel money (usually do around £200 a week in fuel but only ever get back MAYBE £100), manager is self indulged and has no clue how to manage people
