Pros

Steady work, structured procedures for all positions, lots of locations.

Cons

Low pay, long hours, no time off. I was required to work a minimum of 55 hours a week to receive my "salary". Your family will not like your job.

Pros

Some of the locations like in washington state, like Seattle, Lakewood or Ruston, will make you tons of money and there are plenty of hours to pick up. These locations have a very welcoming atmosphere and most employees will welcome you with open arms!

Cons

Locations outside of the cities, like towards the suburbs are poorly ran and high turn over of employees. No hours. * Extremely cliquey because its usually a smaller town and the employees have either worked there or known each other for years. It gets ugly. I have seen more than a few people be bullied into quitting at some of these smaller locations, especially the further north of Seattle you go. *There is a huge problem with favoritism at most all locations. There is also no clear line between management and employees, they all party together, which would be totally fine if there wasnt so much favoritism and cliques going on. Ive worked at 4 locations, and trained at quite a few and this is a common theme at every store. *The training is absolutely ridiculous. It was not the way it is now, years ago when I first began working there. New employees are put through 2 to 3 weeks of training, first week is just book study, 2nd week is following a server around and if you know what you're doing youll be taking tables right away, but if you don't you follow them around for a week and the 3rd week you are allowed to start taking tables. They also make you say certian things at the table which is a very recent thing. For the final server test they make you serve the management team all at once, who sit there and time you with a stopwatch or timer on their phones, if you dont hit the points they want you to in under certian amount of time, they will make you redo the server test as many times as it takes. *They make servers babysit each other. *Tips are put on your checks now and there is very high tip out percentage, that is automatically deducted from your paychecks. Which is for the busser, hostess, bar, kitchen, takeout and I am probably forgetting someone else. However during the lunch shifts there is no busser or host most the time, so where is that tipout going? I pointed that out multiple times and it was brushed under the rug. * No benefits or 401k offered to staff. Minimum wage, which is fine if you're a server

Pros

Very friendly managers that are always upbeat and positive. Everyone is focused and comes in to do their job which makes doing your job easier as well. I've worked at a couple restaurants now and I didn't realize how respectful and kind the customers are at this place. Bartenders, food runners, and servers were all great too!

Cons

After working here for about half a year, the only con I have is that I haven't been able to work more often because of school.
