Cons
Nothing that I'd consider a 'con'. Like any Saas company, the work is big and can be hard. Sometimes things don't always go as hoped as with anything. The difference with RAM, however, is in the strength of individual characters that work here and the overall team mentality of being able to overcome any hurdle.
