Pros
Structured work, good progression path if you stay long enough. The head of the department (owner's son) is a decent bloke, understanding and sympathetic.
Cons
Pay is quite low for the amount of work compared to other companies, especially in London. Senior managment seems like a boys club, but there is a clear heirarchy of who's more important
