      Pros

      They offer fully remote work and are flexible on location.

      Cons

      Highly dysfunctional, no apparent structure. I was asked to provide information to customers that was actively misleading, and overruled when I expressed concerns.

      Too many free-loading Senior Management

      Remote, generally very nice staff and flexible working conditions

      Cons

      Some of the founders & senior management are idea men - they had a great idea but lost focus and are unable to focus on execution. Many of the senior management have obviously lost conviction in the company as they are basically uncontactable, they have moved on to new ventures and are just hoping the people on the ground work things out.
