I worked at RBC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -Good work life balance.
-Easy discussion with upper management, everyone is willing to communicate with all levels.
    -Open culture.
-Most management is open with your explorations within the business you own as long as you focus and the communication is close with managers.
-Being able to work globally (You get the know most of the teammates from other centers)

    Cons

-Bit on the political side when it comes to management.
-High turnover on the front office desks.
-As much as colleagues tell you that you will get a lot of support, it is in the end a one man show culture to succeed. You will need to learn a lot of things by your self and cannot rely on others. (Can be a pro/con depending on the culture you prefer)
