Business outlook
Pros
Canadian culture - chill and friendly. Every one is nice and respectful. Professional organisation. High reputation in North America. Heavily invested in tech and AI and soon might be able to catch up with largest banks in US. But culturally I doubt ppl would pay same premium for a Canadian bank though.
Cons
Too much social activities for my liking. Not mandatory to attend though - but still make you feel uncomfortable to some extent. Not much opportunity outside US, Canada and UK.
