Pros

None that stood out during my time there.

Cons

Highly micromanaged environment where leaving on time or even after working overtime was treated negatively. Indecisive management that assigns people to roles they’re not hired or trained for, instead of hiring the right talent. Was scapegoated into handling videography and professional editing despite never claiming to be an expert in those areas. Experienced public disrespect and ridicule, including being mocked and called a “joker” in front of colleagues. The MD’s behavior was inconsistent. Appreciation in private meetings but contradictory actions and remarks in public for the same work. Lack of clarity, trust, and professionalism across teams, especially between departments. Zero work-life balance and no space for creativity or personal growth.
