Difficult for non-insiders, very male dominated, little intellectual debate, poor on diversity and inclusion

I had a really bad experience working here. The bank was growing, so they hired a lot of new people for my team. My new manager was a bully and a racist, and because of them, five people left my team. The HR team was supportive and guided me through the process when I wanted to raise several issues, but the one-up manager didn't do anything until they saw for themselves and created a bigger issue that required this person to leave. They didn't manage the situation well and didn't call me on my last day for a follow-up to see how I was doing after I went to the GP, who gave me a license due to the stress I was experiencing. Many people saw what was happening and how this person treated others but did nothing! I would never work here again, and now this person is a manager in another organization. I can't believe this!
