Ugly Environment Filled with Petty Politics and Un-kept Promises

Pros

Very nice office space and convenient location. Excellent vendor network.

Cons

The owner was once focused, engaged and had a good rapport with his team. None of this is true anymore. RBO is filled with fear, lies, suspicion, backbiting and politics. The owner doesn't keep his word and is capricious in all his dealings. He is greedy and shortsighted. Stay away!

New leadership team, a very supportive owner who's willing to invest in talent and technology, collaborative environment, no tolerance for bullying or inappropriate behavior towards teammates and clients. There's quite a change from the 2018 review that make this completely irrelevant today.

Pros

Centrally located office made the commute easy.

Cons

Aggressive culture with a lot of political infighting and posturing, explosive arguments, high turnover rate with inappropriate HR intervention, dubious company moral compass (in regard to client relationships and interests as well as employee matters there is a distinct lack of ethics and "gotcha" mentality) and bizarre cost cutting measures that focus on the bottom line instead of employee or customer satisfaction.

Good pay, Recognized my talent and experience.

Cons

Silo'd departments. System they used was not user friendly or intuitive. Many employees were not friendly or inviting.
