      Bank holidays, lots of PTO, work from home

      Cons

      At least in Finance, senior positions (1 and 2 down from CFO) will almost never be hired from within. Current colleagues rarely even get courtesy interviews let alone serious consideration. Inevitably we'll hire someone from Citi who will take a massive pay bump, stick around for 18-24 months, wreck their team and move on.
