      Pros

      There are lots of + about RBW. The team is talented and fabulous, from the shop floor and ops to sales & customer support. My direct boss is a great listener and advocate for our team. We have a great product. The office and factory is a dream. Their sustainability story is the best in the industry, and you can stand behind it. The ownership structure recently changed, and one of the partners left; it seems to have strengthened the team. The departing owner seemed to have checked out a while ago, and the company is better off without the dead weight.

      Cons

      RBW is growing, which leads to change; some see change as painful but nothing out of the ordinary.

      RBW is committed to its employees, community, and sustainability goals. As B Corp, the company goes above and beyond to ensure its actions align with its transparent values. Working at RBW has been very rewarding. The team is not just a group of colleagues; they are team players with outstanding attitudes, fostering a collaborative and positive atmosphere. The company's support for the customer-facing team is unparalleled, and it provides the necessary resources to ensure our success. I must highlight the exceptional leadership team. Our Sales Director is a game changer, and the two owners really give it their all and are fully committed to working with the team. The bottom line is that RBW has exceeded my expectations, and I am grateful to be a part of such a remarkable company. RBW is an excellent option in the Hudson Valley if you seek a workplace that values transparency, teamwork, and leadership excellence.
