Pros

They get you home when you want to be, as often as you request it. That is a big plus!

Cons

Have to fight to get detention pay, it never shows up in pay when due. Miles promised, average 2500 per week, have not materialized. Have averaged around 2100. Have to wait long periods of time after drops to get the next load, which is why the mileage doesn't average what is promised. Because of the long wait times for loads, you don't have enough time left on your clock to drive and get the miles they promise. When you end up back at the terminal with a load, the wait time the next day to go out is ridiculously long. If your truck needs service, there are not back up trucks available to keep drivers on the road.

Pros

Good Equipment, newer trailers, central location in us.

Cons

Recruiters do a great job getting you and you will be told how important you are. That is when it starts, you will be lied to from day one. Do not trust them they are getting you in the saddle to fill there needs not yours. Lowest pay in the industry, don't fall for pay incentive BS you can not get if you don't get the miles. You will start adventure in a run down flee bag motel Red Roof or Quality Inn Both are run down dumps. You will be pick up in a crappy old van that I would not put my kids in. Do not trust dispatch driver manager they lie to cover them selves and leave you sitting for up tp 19 hours. there main accounts are there priority. You get low mileage loads that take two days to deliver what should have been done in one. If you leave you will be charged fuel cost to return there equipment. All a lie, they say communicate with is us we will work to fix the problems. Trust me it's a lie. I went to them on multiple occasions with documentation. They just kept repeating the issue like leaving drivers just sitting and then giving short load. I am old driver with a great record please find another company this one is not worth your effort or reputation .
