Pros

The front doors work for a swift escape.

Cons

Where do i even begin? In the interview process was a façade. They will make it seem like you will be vauled and treated properly in this company but of course that isn't the case. Angela Adamo the CFO of the company is incredibly rude and condescending. Dan Koziol is lost and he's a COO? Every single manager in this company is on some kind of power trip, its almost comical. The pay is awful to the point it creates tension within the company amongst the employees. Don't bother asking for a raise, it will always be denied. HR is a complete joke. Angela claims to be head of HR yet she dehumanizes everyone? Maybe if she quits with the botox and focuses on her employees she would have some sort of empathy. The owner needs to open his eyes and realize the true problems of this "company". Especially the out dated equipment. Its crazy to believe they refuse to update their locations with better equipment to conduct business. In short, just don't apply or work here.

Pros

You get paid on time.

Cons

RC Health Services is one of the most disjointed and toxic places I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. The CFO is based in the Pearland office and has her claws in so deep no one will be able to succeed here. She micromanages, she's cruel, and the COO does nothing to help staff get away from her. Full time instructors have to fight tooth and nail to get hours. More than anything else the employees who succeed are the ones who work unpaid hours, tons of their time is spent after work trying to catch up on their overwhelming work loads. They are so cash poor they refuse to provide even the most basic of office necessities. When you are in the hiring process, no matter how much you ask for, they will offer a much lower amount, then negotiate to a pay they feel is reasonable. There is a reason the turnover is so incredibly high.

Pros

I literally can’t think of a single pro for RCHS.

Cons

Everything. The pay, the management, the refusal to value their employees, unwillingness to allow growth or wage increases. Higher ups only care about filling their own pockets. Middle management spends all day in interviews because of the revolving door of employees.
